How long does a website take?
A simple site can be done in about 1–2 weeks. Bigger builds (custom features, dashboards, ecommerce) usually take 3–8+ weeks depending on the scope and how fast we get content/feedback.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes. Typically 50% upfront to start, and the balance before final handover / going live. It keeps projects smooth and avoids “let’s do it next week” turning into “see you in 3 months”.
What do you need from me to start?
Logo (if you have), brand colors, your content (text/images), examples of websites you like, and a clear idea of what the site must do. If you don’t have everything, we can guide you.
Do you provide hosting + domains?
Yep. We can handle hosting, domain setup, SSL, email DNS… all of that boring stuff that breaks at 2AM. If you already have hosting, we can also deploy there.
Can you build ecommerce stores?
100%. Product pages, categories, cart, checkout, delivery rules, and payment gateways (PayFast/Stripe/EFT flows). We’ll recommend what makes sense for your budget + customer base.
Do you do maintenance & updates?
Yes. We can do monthly maintenance (updates, backups, uptime monitoring, small changes) or support only when you need it. Depends how hands-on you want to be.
Will my site be SEO-friendly?
We build with clean structure, fast load times, and proper metadata. Full SEO (content strategy, keyword planning, blog pipeline) is a separate add-on if you want to go hard.
How do we communicate during the project?
WhatsApp for quick stuff, email for formal info, and we can use Trello/Notion for tasks if it’s a bigger build. You’ll always know what’s happening.
